Compatibility and data handling

Stored settings: `wp_options` under `nacs_edd_settings` and `nacs_edd_zone_rules`
Postcode rules: dedicated `wp_nacs_edd_postcodes` table
Order meta: `_nacs_edd_estimate_message`
Permissions: admin actions restricted to `manage_woocommerce`
Mail: optional deactivation-feedback form uses WordPress `wp_mail`, sent only when the admin chooses to submit it
